These workshops prepare educators to provide college coaching that is culturally relevant and builds a foundation for Latinx students' aspirations to attend college or university. Educators will learn the strategies, knowledge, and vocabulary to prepare students for a robust career exploration and college going experience that removes barriers and builds the confidence required for student success and completion rates.
