BELIEF STATEMENT AIRE believes in bestowing Latinx children from around the world an educational journey limited by no barriers, boundaries or borders culminating in their grandest potential. At AIRE, equity and advocacy are the fundamental values at the core of our practice. We believe that when you begin the work of creating opportunity for the largest growing segment of the nation's student population, all children will benefit. We believe that we have an obligation to ensure all educational opportunities are available to Latinx children by building the capacity of the educational institutions that serve them.

Children entering our school systems represent this diversity.
